Projects Works Being Prepared For Tender

Revised planning consent approved by Aberdeen City Council to provide 55 affordable homes and a warning about site safety!

By reconstructing an internal courtyard area over two storeys to provide a new upper floor and reconfiguration of the community facilities five additional homes have been accommodated. Further preparatory work has been undertaken on site to remove some loose granite masonry which has been laid aside for rebuilding during the construction contract. Technical design work is well advanced for final building warrant approval and the publication of competitive tender documents.
